Giselly works as an advisor at the Public Policy Lab, leading the project The People Say. She collaborates with governments, philanthropy, academia, and communities to co-design policies, services, and systems that improve the lives of underrepresented groups. She leads multidisciplinary teams, conducts qualitative research, and develops evidence-based strategies to inform public policy.
